Collette is seeking Client Care Interns. This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI for 32-40 hours per week.

Position Summary:
You like working with people. You are someone who can delight with promptness, thoroughness, accuracy and maybe an occasional pun or two. This is your chance to join a team dedicated to helping our group leaders and their guests fulfill their dreams of exploring the world! Collette is looking for an intern with a passion for customer service and travel. As an intern, you will work with the internal teams to assist in supporting the customer’s needs. You will gain knowledge and experience on how to provide quality service and build customer relationships.
Primary Functions:
- Running key reports and distribution to support team
- Utilizing the booking system to review guest’s flights schedules and share updated details with the customer. Identifying irregularities on flights and working with the team for corrective solutions
- Auditing group bookings utilizing the guidelines list to identify missing items or items requiring updating
- Outbound calls to review trip details and/or obtain required travel information
Knowledge and Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills are necessary, and a working knowledge of CRM management, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word is ideal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to define and work towards deadlines
- Team player - we win as a team
- Self-directed with the ability to think independently
- Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
- Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities
