Collette is seeking an Inventory Operations Intern. This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI for 32-40 hours per week.

Position Summary:
The Inventory Operations intern will be responsible for assisting the Inventory Operations team with core functions necessary to successfully execute and deliver tours to our customers.
Primary Functions:
- Assisting with rebooking components in our reservation system due to tour changes impacting bookings
- Proofing and auditing counts on rooming lists to ensure accuracy
- Sending documents via email to tour management team to be able to execute and deliver the tour
- Tracking changes on various cruise programs to ensure accuracy with vendors and clients
- Generating and running audit reports to ensure vendor communications have been sent in a timely manner
- Uploading vendor tickets and confirmations for on tour attractions for tour managers to utilize with guests
- Auditing pre and post night hotel options built in the reservation system
- Customizing communication messages to vendors for special requests
- Communicating updates to hotel partners as needed
- Monthly reporting to other vendors needed to execute tours in certain regions
- Other items as needed
