Job Summary

 

The Team Lead makes sure that all team members have the required parts, materials, instructions, and required training to efficiently complete assigned work and meet production goals. Trains assemblers. Sets up stations and provides guidelines and instructions.

 

Essential Job Functions

 

·         Set clear team goals & expectations.

·         Oversee day to day team operation and performance.

·         Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

·         Provide training/coaching to team members.

·         Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

·         Drive safety/ 5s

·         Help with production as needed.

·         Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
