Columbia Engineering is seeking a Senior CAD Designer for our Transportation department to provide design in our roadway group in Georgia and Florida. This position can be located in Georgia, North Carolina, or Florida. The selected candidate should possess technical proficiency to support effective design, coordination, and workflows while maintaining project quality and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Modeling of corridors, alignments, pipe networks and other elements.
- Creating and editing labels, styles, curve and point tables.
- Creating construction plans, quantity take-off and estimates
- QA/QC drawings and models to ensure accuracy.
- Proper file management.
- AEC industry experience with emphasis in Transportation and State DOT is preferred.
- Ability to address problems and complete tasks independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Proficient
- Bluebeam Revu - Advanced Proficiency
- Proficient in major civil engineering CAD Platforms (Autodesk and Civil 3D; Bentley OpenRoads Designer/InRoads/MicroStation)
- OpenRoads Advanced Proficiency - Preferre
