Job Description:

Summary/Objective: We have a full-time NP/PA opening to work in our Copake Family Care Office. The position is for an outpatient practitioner. The applicant would be part of a hospital-owned primary care group practice. You will have the support of a strong administrative team. Our aim is to help you shape it to your practice style.

Facility Description: Primary care office in Copake, New York.

Patients Per Day: To be determined

Hours: Negotiable.

Call: Schedule: Approximately 1/6 Weekends

Type: Phone call only

Rounding: None

Reason for Recruitment : Physician leaving the area.

Compensation will range between $110,000 - $156,000 based on experience. Additional compensation will be paid through a productivity-based incentive program.
