Description
This position is at Bridgeside in Cascade Locks, Oregon.
Bridgeside is looking for qualified applicants to fill server positions in a team-oriented atmosphere. Both AM & PM shifts are available.
Weekend availability is required.
Summary / Objective
Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner.
Essential Functions
- Serve three to four tables, as determined by management.
- Have complete knowledge of Bridgeside's food and beverage preperation.
- Able to accept different types of payment and use a computer to ring orders on a check.
- Ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant (clear and reset tables).
- Check identification of guests to ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and take appropriate action.
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform.

Required Education and Experience
- State applicable health and / or alcohol compliance card
- Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol
