Automation Engineering Manager - Manufacturing

Innovative and important US defense department product manufacturer is looking for an Automation Engineering Manager. In this role, you will:
- Stand up and lead a 5 person Project Engineering team that will primarily manage 3rd party automation project vendors; and
- Sequence the project work in such a way as to double production in 60 months without increasing headout.
You must have:
- BS (Engineering highly preferred)
- 10 years of automation project engineering in manufacturing or supporting manufacturing, preferably with an automation integrator
- Successful track record of managing people
- Successful track record of managing projects
- ITAR compliant facility so you must be a US Citizen
- Desire to make a difference
- Hands-on
