The Opportunity: Senior Purchasing Manager
As a key player in the leadership team, you will lead the purchasing function to optimize sourcing strategies, elevate supplier partnerships, and improve procurement operations. This role is pivotal in advancing the company’s supply chain capabilities during an exciting growth phase, offering a rare chance to influence both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree with 10 years in purchasing or procurement leadership, preferably within construction, HVAC or industrial environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing purchasing teams managing diverse suppliers.
- Operational Excellence: Strong skills in process improvement and cost management. Certifications like Lean, Six Sigma, CPM, CPIM, or CSCP are advantageous.
- Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to deliver results beyond cost savings, including supplier consolidation, risk mitigation, and inventory optimization.
- Integrity & Communication: Exceptional ethics and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
