We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Office Administrator who is also looking for an opportunity to grow. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethics, integrity, self-motivator, problem-solving and hands-on approach to assigned tasks as well as company loyalty and a customer service driven attitude. This position will service our Phoenix market, with travel required to support other communities.
Prior experience and skills should include:
- Processing checks and or online payments, financial or property management programs such as Rent Manager, Yardi and or Quick Books.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel.
- Customer Service
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Rent Collection
- Maintain organized rent rolls
- Upload monthly charges
- Clerical/Administrative tasks
- Data entry
- Welcoming and assisting residents and visitors
- Extraordinary customer service
- Internal and external communication, multiple phone calls/email communication
- Assisting with vendors
- Inventory
- Ordering supplies
Education and General Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years experience in the Residential Maintenance field preferred
- Organized, punctual and reliable
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be able to multitask and work independently
- Needs to be able to work strongly with a team
- Exceptional communication
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- 8-4pm
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Phoenix, AZ Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
