Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure all areas are spotless.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing rooms and common areas.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, with a strong understanding of floor care techniques.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; hospitality background is a plus.
- Familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning.
