- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
- Conducting preventative maintenance on various systems
- Inspecting and repairing building structures
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient maintenance operations
- Fabricate and weld as needed for repairs or modifications
```Skills```
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are required
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and building structures
- Welding and fabrication skills for equipment repairs or modifications
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work order tracking and documentation
- Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting electrical issues
This position requires a candidate who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is essential. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
