Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including managing external contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ability to read technical manuals technical manuals
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written

-Professionalism and clean cut, with great customer service skills are preferred.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- hotel maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPO Certification (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- social security card (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
- Texarkana, TX 75503 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
