We are a dynamic, fast-paced, and well-established family-owned commercial real estate firm based in North Palm Beach, seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Director of Administration to work alongside our Director of Administration. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with minimal oversight. This role offers the chance to deeply understand the operations of the business while supporting the Director of Administration in executing and maintaining high standards across all administrative functions.

Responsibilities will include supporting the Director of Administration with managing daily operations, coordinating office tasks, overseeing schedules and meetings, assisting with vendor management, preparing and organizing reports, handling internal and external communications, managing office supplies, and assisting in maintaining efficient office procedures. Additionally, you'll be responsible for assisting with payroll, expense reports, and supporting other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
