Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting mobile homes within the park
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate and mobile home trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities within the mobile home park
  • Prepare and present detailed property listings and park amenities
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions efficiently
  • Organize and participate in open houses and community events to promote properties and network with potential buyers

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid real estate license in California
  • Weekend availability
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience (real estate experience preferred, experience with mobile home parks is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other technology tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
