This role is based in Shakopee, MN.

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World
As a Global Planning Intern, you will contribute to key initiatives within the Connectivity and Cable Solutions organization. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Distribution Planning to strengthen our S&OP processes, refine documentation, and support execution strategies. This role is based in Shakopee, MN.
You Will Make an Impact By
- Partnering with the Planning Center of Excellence to develop and document a comprehensive S&OP Playbook
- Supporting Planning teams by reviewing ABC-XYZ analyses and helping optimize inventory levels across international locations
- Creating and enhancing management dashboards within Microsoft PowerBI and/or SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to support S&OP activities
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors) or a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Operations Management from an accredited university
- Demonstrated academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Must have unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship

- Have strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team
- Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines
- Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and verbal communications skills
- Strong initiative; a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
