Description
The Kynector position is responsible for providing accurate and unbiased information to help residents of Central Kentucky understand and enroll in the Kentucky Health Benefits Information Exchange (KHBIE) and select a health plan of their choice through one-on-one interactions, group presentations, public events or activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required. College degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is preferred.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, databases, and internet and e communications are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of community social services, business organizations, agencies, and resources in the region is preferred.
- Knowledge of rural and urban populations, particularly of the county assigned is preferred.
- Excellent oral and public speaking, and written communications skills required.
- Working knowledge of management information systems is preferred.
