CDC has a full-time opportunity for a General Dentist at our Maplewood clinic. This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, culturally-sensitive environment. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission!  

**We are offering a $5,000 retention bonus for this position with a 3-year commitment.

General Dentist Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
• Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
• Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic casts
• Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records
• Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols
• Keep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensure
• Available for emergency/on-call duty by phone for assigned weekends (twice a year) 

Maplewood Clinic Hours:

• AM shift: Monday-Thursday 7:20am-2:30pm and Friday 7:20-12:00pm
• PM shift: Monday-Thursday 2:20pm-9:30pm and Friday 12:50pm-5:30pm

* A typical DDS schedule is a combination of AM and PM hours, and alternating Fridays

General Dentist Qualifications: 

• Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry
• CPR/AED Certificate  
• Experience working with culturally diverse communities
• Demonstrated expertise in dental software
• Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment
