Position Summary:
The Community Health Center of Franklin County, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Office-Based Addiction Treatment Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including identifying substance abuse patterns, co-occurring disorders, and psychosocial factors.
