Superhero Caregiver
Assisting a member looking for a competent caring caregiver part-time
The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills and a goal of longevity is a plus. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help this member.
Caregiver responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting member with their prescribed medication
- Assisting member with ambulation and mobility around the house and outside
- Assisting member with personal care and hygiene
- Cook
- Laundry
- Activities

Hours:
Monday 8 am to 4 pm
Wednesday 4 pm to 12 am
Every other weekend 8 am to 4 pm
Pay
Day Shift: 15.00/hr.
PM Shift: 15.50/hr. * 4 Paid holidays when worked
Night Shift: 15.75/hr.*
Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them. Community Horizons is not the employer on record, members make all hiring decisions with the involvement of a third-party fiscal agent responsible for payroll.
