What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Community Interface Services?

A typical day will include:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors, providing outstanding service to all customers
- Using multiple online platforms, electronic case management systems, and Microsoft Office
- Administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, filing, document processing
- Ensuring the office is stocked, neat, clean, and organized
- Data entry and database/spreadsheet tracking
- Assisting with coordination of trainings, events, meetings, online orders, and office maintenance
- Assist our Financial Management Services with tasks such as payment processing, data entry, and providing customer service to our clientele.
Qualifications:
- Solid work history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform administrative tasks (e.g., phones, filing, document processing) with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma (some college preferred) plus at least one year of office or customer service experience, including computer experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred
