What You’ll Be Responsible For
Cultivating new partnerships with organizations, institutions, and stakeholders aligned with our mental health mission
Managing the entire partnership lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, presentations, negotiation, and onboarding
Supporting proposal development, pitch decks, and growth collateral that reflect our core values and service offerings
Collaborating closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and growth plans
Tracking KPIs to monitor outreach success, conversion rates, and revenue contributions
Representing Community Minds at conferences, panels, and digital forums (as needed)
Mentor and develop incoming BD team and interns
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or consultative sales
Strong understanding of the healthcare, mental health, or non-profit sectors
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools
Ability to think strategically, but execute tactically in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven, purpose-led, and solutions-oriented,
leader, who can build and mentor BD teams
Nice to Have
Familiarity with CRMs, automation tools, and pipeline tracking
Background in behavioral health, therapy services, or mental wellness programs
Experience in a startup, mission-driven organization, or growth-stage nonprofit
