Job Summary:

CPSFL is seeking a Assistant Controller. The Assistant Controller will support the organization’s Financial Services department in its day to day operations. This individual will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Controller as they manage the accounting and financial activities. Additionally, this individual will produce financial summary statements, forecasting financial health and monitoring for accuracy in financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Level Accounting/Finance degree, CPA Candidate Preferred;
• 3 years relevant hands on experience in accounting and budgeting or internal auditing, Non-Profit experience preferred;
• Highly motivated, ethical, committed and hardworking;
• Proven experience as an Assistant controller or similar position
• Excellent computer skills;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and accounting software (MIP Fund Accounting a plus).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 (Based on Experience, Qualifications and Skills)
• Generous Paid Time Off: Our company provides an exceptional paid time off package, including ten paid holidays, a fully paid week off from Christmas to New Year, as well as the accumulation of vacation, sick, and personal time right from the beginning of your employment.
• Hybrid: This position works both physically and remotely.
