We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on excellent service.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records and files.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus; bookkeeping experience is desirable.
