Join the CTCU team! Community Trust Credit Union (CTCU) is looking for a Bilingual Digital Services Representative with customer service and sales backgrounds to work full-time at our Gurnee branch with the rest of the Digital Services team. We are looking for individuals, just like you to be available Monday through Friday from 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm and 8 : 30am to 1 : 30pm on Saturdays. Our full-time employees usually work about 38 to 40 hours per week.
Digital Services Representative Qualifications and Experience :
The Bilingual Digital Services Representative is responsible for assisting members and potential members with questions related to products and services through various channels such as phone, chat, email, and video chat. Assist in areas related to member service, payments, and digital services. Identify cross-sell opportunities with intention to increase each member's wallet share.
Basic Expectations for Digital Services Representative :
- Provide members and potential members with informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support through various channels including phone, e-mail, chat, and video calls.
- Meet and exceed all Credit Union service standards with each member interaction.
- Process member transactions and documents with no errors
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
