Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen brigade
- Oversee food ordering, inventory, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality throughout the hiring process
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in an Executive Chef role at a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant
