Key Responsibilities
- Multitasking Maven: Handle up to 90 calls, ensuring seamless communication with all parties.
- Organizational Whiz: Effectively manage workload, keeping up with scheduling and client requirements.
- Effective Communicator: Make waiver calls to contacts as directed by Case Managers.
- Payment Precision: Confirm pre-payments, prepare for delivery, and log client preferences accurately in our system.
- Quality Checker: Review incoming mail to ensure responses are complete; assist other departments as needed.
- Detail-Oriented Reviewer: Examine responses and records, consulting with Case Managers to ensure accuracy.
- Clear Drafter: Create status reports and approval emails as requested.
