Responsibilities of a Dietary Aide :
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary requirements and resident preferences.
Ensure meals are served in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Follow all food safety and hygiene practices.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and address any resident concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications of a Dietary Aide :
- Previous experience as a dietary aide, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
