- Full Time – Temp to Hire
- Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they comply with specified requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality databases.
- Identify and report any non-conformances or defects to the Quality Control Manager and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to prevent recurrence of defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and quality procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
- Provide training and support to production staff on quality control practices and procedures.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- $25/hour
