Responsibilities Include:
- Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and be the point of contact for all visitors.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, luncheons, events, for senior management and update CEO's calendar.
- Negotiate with vendors, buy supplies, and manage stockroom
- Maintain office cleaning schedule and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and incoming packages or deliveries.
- Prepare correspondence by issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of senior staff
- Prepare memos, invoices, or other reports for staff.
- Support operations team by updating, maintaining, and proofreading proposals and client documents.
- Support HR, IT, accounting, and marketing in a administrative capacity.
- Pick up and deliver company packages to local distributer as needed.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 1-3 years' experience or degree in Business Administration
- Reliable, motivated, efficient, and friendly
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly skilled in proofreading and editing documents in Word and PDF formats.
