We are looking for a full time Administrative Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals in Lansdale, PA. If the description below sounds like you, Apply Now!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and be the point of contact for all visitors.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, luncheons, events, for senior management and update CEO's calendar.
  • Negotiate with vendors, buy supplies, and manage stockroom
  • Maintain office cleaning schedule and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and incoming packages or deliveries.
  • Prepare correspondence by issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of senior staff
  • Prepare memos, invoices, or other reports for staff.
  • Support operations team by updating, maintaining, and proofreading proposals and client documents.
  • Support HR, IT, accounting, and marketing in a administrative capacity.
  • Pick up and deliver company packages to local distributer as needed.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 1-3 years' experience or degree in Business Administration
  • Reliable, motivated, efficient, and friendly
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Highly skilled in proofreading and editing documents in Word and PDF formats.
