We are seeking a detail-oriented Bench Technician with strong experience in hand soldering SMA components. This role involves 90% soldering work, and candidates will be required to pass an in-person soldering test.
Responsibilities:
- Hand soldering of small electronic components (SMA, RF)
- Microscope-assisted precision soldering
- Assembly and packaging of electronic devices
- Conduct and monitor environmental tests
- Maintain organized test inventory and logs
Qualifications:
- Proven soldering skills under microscope
- Ability to follow SOPs and assembly instructions
- Comfortable working in a structured, ESD-controlled environment
