What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate - 2nd / 3rd position at CONAGRA?
- Safely operate, perform preventative maintenance, and perform corrective maintenance on plant machinery to exceed planned performance measures.
- Perform quality checks as specified in procedures.
- Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training.
- Follow all training documents for job on assigned line.
- Participate in cleaning processes.
- Communicate with lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly.
- Participate in all plant audits for assigned area.
- Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
- All other tasks or projects as assigned by the shift supervisor or the operations manager.
