Daily Workflow:
» Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
» Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files, ensuring all documents are accurately labeled and stored appropriately.
» Draft correspondence, memos, and other written communications on behalf of attorneys.
» Coordinate meetings, appointments, including managing calendars and scheduling conflicts.
We’re Seeking:
» Previous experience working as a legal assistant (1 year minimum)
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
» Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. » Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
» Must be able to pass a background check & drug test.
» Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a DMV records check.
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm
