About the Role
The Company is looking for a Chief Fundraising Officer (CFO) to spearhead and manage all fundraising initiatives for its nonpartisan, pro-democracy efforts. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our mission of enhancing long-term civic engagement and empowering communities.
As CFO, you will lead a talented team of development professionals, collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team, and engage with a wide array of stakeholders. We seek a candidate with a robust background in nonprofit fundraising, especially in political fundraising, and a successful track record of boosting philanthropic revenue.
The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking, people management, and embody outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities. Your main responsibilities will include :
- Establishing a strategic vision for fundraising activities.
- Personally managing a portfolio of high-capacity donors.
- Integrating data into decision-making processes.

- Maintaining a diverse and committed Advisory Board.
