At Milton Hershey School, we're seeking married couples to join our community as Flex Houseparents. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students, providing guidance and support as they navigate their academic journey.
In this role, you'll reside on-campus with your spouse, caring for a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving and transporting students
- Administering medication and handling daily tasks
- Providing a consistent and nurturing structure for students

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
