Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of prior management experience, including five years in revenue cycle operations.
A deep knowledge of hospital and financial operations is essential, particularly in federal and state reimbursement requirements and current insurance industry standards.
Leadership and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in academic healthcare systems is a plus. The Executive Director will lead process improvement projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure staff compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
