POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team with an opportunity to grow into a broader strategic role within the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively manage and maintain CEO & CFO schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, presentation materials and handouts
- Manage expense report for select executives.
- Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage CEO’s calendar and email to triage and create prioritization.
- Coordinate and take notes and follow-ups in leadership and sales meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
- Welcoming guests and employees in the office.
- Manage day-to-day office duties to include but not limited to acting as the fire warden, managing maintenance needs, ordering supplies, security badges, kitchen maintenance, etc
- Managing logistics and catering for company events and meetings.
- Identify opportunities for the improvement in the effectiveness of the Executive team.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
