At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
- Guide and nurture students in your care
- Provide transportation for students as needed
- Administer medication as required
- Budget and manage household expenses
- Report student progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Limited pet policy (fish and one approved breed dog allowed)
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
