As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to become a flex houseparent, working alongside your spouse to provide a supportive family-like environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing these young individuals, handling daily tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, among others.

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Valid U.S. driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
