Job Title: Recruiter – Financial & Banking Roles (Contract)
Location: Hybrid – Onsite 1 day/week (City, State)
Contract Length: 6 months (with potential extension)
Pay Range: $30 – $35/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with 2–3 years of proven success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent for financial and banking positions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely most of the week while collaborating in person one day per week. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and highly skilled in identifying top talent in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial and banking positions, from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on financial services and banking roles.
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (1 day onsite per week).
