About the Role
A leading, behavioral health organization in Oregon is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations across multiple sites, including mental health and addiction recovery programs. This pivotal leadership role ensures high-quality care through strategic oversight of Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services for youth and adults. The position collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to align clinical services with organizational goals, foster team excellence, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all treatment programs and services.
- Manage daily operations of clinical programming across multiple locations.
- Supervise and support clinical and client service staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing strategies and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR), accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Partner with Peer Support Services leadership to enhance client recovery outcomes.
- Engage with community stakeholders, healthcare providers, and partner agencies.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives within clinical operations.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work (MSW/DSW) or Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PhD).
- Active Oregon licensure as an LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
- Proven experience in clinical program management within behavioral health and addiction recovery.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and operational management skills.
- Expertise in compliance standards and quality assurance for behavioral health settings.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration and mentorship abilities.
- Ability to adapt and innovate within a dynamic clinical environment.
