Responsibilities:
- Support multiple communities, assisting Community Managers with LIHTC compliance, leasing, maintenance, and financial oversight.
- Ensure accurate income certifications, recertifications, and reporting with tax credit requirements.
- Assist in training and mentoring on-site teams, reinforcing compliance, customer service, and operational best practices.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management, while identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance and vendor teams to ensure properties remain in top condition.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy, resident retention, and overall community success.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in tax credit (LIHTC) property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs, compliance requirements, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to support and mentor on-site teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel between communities as needed to provide hands-on support.

Pay: $88,550.00 - $94,550.00 per year
