Position Overview

Type: Full-Time, Long Term Contract
Compensation: Up to $20/ hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance available after 90 days and 40lk after 1-year
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter warranty claims into the ERP system.
- Reconcile vendor credits and warranty data.
- Process and close out claims within the accounting system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of strong data entry experience.
- Skills: Knowledge or experience with accounting practices is a plus.
- Additional Experience: Prior experience in customer service or warranty processing is beneficial.
