MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE OPERATING A SIT-DOWN FORKLIFT
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operatorfor a company that produces fruit juices and teas in the city of Buena Park, CA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:00pm to 7:30am with mandatory Saturdays when needed.
Requirements of a Forklift Operator:
- Minimum 1-year experience operating a sit-down forklift
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background, drug screen, and E-verify
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Prior experience in roles such as Material Handler, Warehouse Forklift Operator, Shipping and Receiving, and Freight Handler are a plus!

Responsibilities of a Forklift Operator:
- Use Bill of Material to supply the indicated material to the production line
- Make sure that the pallets of finish product are properly wrapped, labeled, and have a barcode label
- Load outbound trailers making sure that the trailer locking device is used at all times
- Unload incoming materials and check that the received quantity matches the quantity on the bill of lading
- Check and verify raw materials received are not defected or damaged, and reports any damages to supervisor
- Ensure that all packing material is organized, labeled, and wrapped properly by the end of the shift
