What are the responsibilities and job description for the Racker Packer position at Connect Staffing?
MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT PACKING EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT.
Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced packerfor a powder coating facility in the city of Santa Ana, CA.
Schedule: 5:30 AM- 2 PM. Monday through Friday, must be flexible for overtime.
Requirements of a General Laborer (Racker Packer Masker):
- Minimum 6 months of recent packing experience or equivalent.
- Must be able to speak Spanish
- Able to safely lift up to 50lbs
- Pass E-verify
- Prior experience in roles such as Assembly Line Worker, Machine Operator, Production Associate, Material Handler, and Packaging Worker is a huge plus!

Responsibilities of a General Laborer (Racker Packer Masker):
- Inspect and verify products against work orders to ensure accuracy
- Open boxes, label packages, count and sort items for shipment
- Pack finished products for shipment
- Clean and sweep the work area as needed.
- Assist with unloading and organizing parts as needed.
