Position Highlights
- Location: Near Jefferson, Iowa
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights – 3x12-hour shifts (40 hours scheduled)
- Setting: Critical Access Hospital
- Start Date: ASAP or upon credentialing
- Travel Stipends Available
- Deliver patient-centered care in med-surg, ER, or swing-bed units as needed
- Monitor, assess, and record patient symptoms and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
- Provide timely and effective communication with patients and families
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Iowa or Compact
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience; Critical Access or rural health preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- TNCC or PALS preferred but not required
- Travel and housing stipends
