Job Details
- Location: Madison, WI
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 5x8s (Day shift, Monday–Friday)
- Compensation: Up to $3,150/week
- Travel and housing stipends included where applicable
- Immediate start available
- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide direct care and health counseling
- Order and review diagnostic tests and labs
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff
- Prescribe medication and monitor effectiveness
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Current and unrestricted NP license in Wisconsin or compact state
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
