- Lead and mentor the HIM team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and other health information privacy laws.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of health information systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to optimize workflows and information exchange.
- Develop and manage the departments budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
