Description
The Conrad Company is seeking a full-time Hydraulic Bench Mechanic to work at our Allied Hydraulic facility. The Hydraulic Bench Mechanic evaluates, repairs, tests and troubleshoots hydraulic components. Relies on instructions and hands on training to perform the functions of the job.
Responsibilities:
- All activities associated with the tear down, inspection, and repair of hydraulic components.
- Test and troubleshoot hydraulic components.
- Welding as required.
- Machining capabilities a plus, but not required.
- Work overtime as required to complete projects/assignments.
- Complete all training classes as assigned.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when performing tasks.
- Perform other essential and related duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Ability to work within a team
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail and organization
· Strong Math skills
· Hand tools required
· Ability to read measuring tools/gauges
· Previous hydraulic experience with repair/troubleshooting required
