Duties and Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Make outbound phone calls
- Answer frequently asked questions
- Process orders via secure website
- Provide superior customer service
- Related administrative functions as needed
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Must have experience in a high call volume environment.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Must pass background screen and credit check
- General computer skills and word processing skills are required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
- Primary job functions are completed using a computer and the internet.
- Works well independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate medical information to professional practitioners and/or the general public.
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent organization, prioritization, follow up, analytical and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to deal with multiple interruptions on a continual basis that must be met with a friendly exchange with others.
