Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Time

Overview
Master problem solvers and detail-obsessed researchers, we’re looking for an Exposure Manager to be the hero our clients' need. In this role, you will diligently track and resolve payment errors, ensuring our clients' utmost satisfaction and financial accuracy. If you thrive on putting together the pieces of a complex puzzle and can't resist a good challenge, then this could be the job for you!
You’ll need to be a savvy self-motivator who’s adaptable to new tech and attentive to details (think numerical discrepancies within financial records). And, of course, a collaborative team player is a must.
What you’ll do
The Exposure Manager is the go-to person to manage and resolve payment errors on behalf of Conservice, utility providers, and our clients. As a crucial arm of the Payment Operations department, you will promptly resolve client concerns within their designated portfolios.
